Repeat Customers
We enjoy the relationship we've built with customers and general contractors over the years, and especially enjoy being asked to help with a renovation or addition.
We originally painted Gateway Center I, top right, in the 1980s for a general contractor with whom we had a long-standing relationship. In 1998 Land America moved their corporate offices here and we assisted in completely renovating all six floors of the impressive building.
We first painted the building at bottom right for General Electric in the 1980s. The Reciprocal Group moved to the building in 2001. Again we assisted in a "top to bottom" renovation using zolatone paint and wallcovering. This is one of many jobs we have done for The Reciprocal Group (VCHA) over the years.
Old Dominion Electrical, another longtime customer, needed an updated look after 14 years in the same facility. With a tight schedule and some very dedicated employees, we worked with movers and carpet layers to renovate areas on weekends so that we had the office ready for business on Monday morning.
